This also means that your image can be created as completely as possible without having to be cropped.
Almost every image has a different aspect ratio, for example 1:1 or 5:3
What happens if an image 50cm*50cm (1:1) is ordered but the uploaded image is 83cm*50cm (5:3)?
Exactly the height is 33cm too much and these have to be cut off.
In this example , over 1/3 of the image is gone.
Especially in images where the main object almost fills the entire image, such as a portrait, an incorrect aspect ratio is not a good thing.
No, it is very annoying because special details may be missing.
The other side is that it should be as easy as possible for you as the customer to order images in the correct aspect ratio.

That's right, only the first step that decides whether it will be perfect or, well , although we can't do anything about it if you forget this step.

1st step) First upload your picture using the green “Upload photo” button.
A new window will open with the uploaded image.
Our software recognizes the best possible aspect ratio for your image.
2nd step) “This step is important that you take it”

Click on the Aspect Ratio button at the top; the best aspect ratio for your image is highlighted in dark.

Click on the symbol where the orange arrow points.
The gray field is the optimal aspect ratio (SV) for your image.
IMPORTANT: Please note this aspect ratio or write it down briefly ; it will be needed for further orders.

3rd step) There is a green “upload” button at the top right, click it now.
Your image will now be uploaded to our server.
It's now done and you can order your diamond painting.
Step 4) Select the size and diamond shape.
Attention: Now we need the noted or remembered aspect ratio
When selecting the size, the aspect ratio, for example 3:2, is at the forefront.
4.1) Open the menu and look where your noted or remembered aspect ratio is at the front, now select a size behind your aspect ratio.
4.2) Choose whether you want to use square or round stones.
4.3) If you want your diamond painting to sparkle even more with AB stones, choose AB stones.
